Font Question: P Mincho

I am working on a Japanese website, and the owners want to use P Mincho as a font, rather than simply Mincho (the quote brackets and parentheses, among other things, are more compact).

I actually have two questions...

1) Is the font "P Mincho" installed by default on Japanese computers? (It is not on my American PC, but appears to be on the owner's American Apple.)

2) The webmaster is telling me to find it in TTF, EOT, WOFF, and SVG formats, but I can only find it in TTF. Dies anyone have any experience with this?

1) The general one is a MS P Gothic.
& Meiryo is used well recently.

Mincho typeface is not recommended to be used for the site.
If anti-aliasing doesn't become effective, it is very hard to read.

The owner prefers Mincho over Gothic, but I will talk to the webmaster about Anti-aliasing.

Darn... it seems the font is too large for Font Squirrel.

P Mincho is included as a default font in Japanese Windows.
