Renting theatres in Japan
 

How hard would it be and how much money would it take to rent a theatre, a club, or any other kind of venue with a stage and microphone, in Japan? Just in general (not minding the region). Its kind of embarrassing to say what for, but I will say its something I've been doing for years and am confident in. Though, apparently not enough to mention what it is.

I've looked all over the place to try and figure this one out, so thanks in advance!
