A new Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere (大東亜共栄圏 Dai-tō-a Kyōeiken) - 09-22-2011, 06:32 AM

The older one:
Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The position of US as the global predominant power will surely diminish in the future, as its GDP becomes a smaller and smaller part of the World GDP and while other developing nations continue to rise and increase their GDP.

In this new coming geopolitical scenario, do nations in the older Co-prosperity sphere need to unite in a new Co-prosperity sphere for economic integration and eventually a NATO style mutual defense pact to counter the threats from China?
