Can someone invite me to Mixi?

Hello everybody

I'm Nii. I'm not sure if I've posted this before, excuse me if I have.
Anyways, my mom and dad and I will be moving to Japan soon no less then a week ... e.e and I'd really like to have a Mixi invite. Just to join for social purposes. I herd that you can sign up for it without a Japanese cell phone, but I'm not sure it's true... Can someone please invite me? My phone isn't activated either way. Please, someone, invite me? I have some friend's over there I would like to get a hold of, they hardly use FB. And would like to learn about their culture before I get over there.
