Bump and question . . .

Is anyone else having troubles with Japanologic forums? If I don't type in anything super, uberly quick it comes up 'request timed out' and my logging in/post/PM won't go through . . . as I'm only human I haven't been able to type quick enough to post a thread or PM a mod, and it's really bugging me >_< Is it just me, or is it a forum issue?

Never had that problem.

Mind you, it's a little sluggish in performance compared to this forum but I've never had an issue like that.

Strange, I've noticed that other members are using it without trouble, yet I still keep getting 'timed out'

I managed to post a thread today, but I literally had to type it all out then copy it, because when I got 'timed out' I could literally just right-click and post it to avoid taking too long . . . I really can't work out what's up with it. It's the only site and forum I'm having issue with

Anyways, consider this a bump for this thread, lol.

That's really weird.

Assuming you're using Windows, go to a command line and type in :

C:\> ping "www.japanologic.com" -t

(Without the quotes. This forum software kept on turning that URL into a link without me inserting those quotation marks.)

You should get a consistent reply each second without the line, "Request timed out."

If that's the case, it's an issue with your browser. Otherwise, it's a network issue.
