buying desktop pc at akihabara
 

my budget is 5-6万
i plan to use it for online gaming ,, watching hd stuff,, and you know what else to do ^^ lol..

im a noob so i wont do anything high tech stuff .. but i plan to install high req stuff like dragon age origins games..

any suggestion what to buy and where to buy it.?
oh and how can i transfer some data to my old pc and to my new pc.
you see my pc right now is so broken.. my power supply fan is broken my graphic card is acting weird.. my hdd drive is clicking like hell..

i have a nvidia geforce9400 graphic card if possible i would like to buy one with the same or better graphic card that is installed already.. cuz my brother is the one that install this thing to my comp but now his at another country ... and im not good with pc .. i have been using this one for 2-3years .. lol sorry for my bad english
