I think fast food is alright, it is convinience when you are busy or in a hurry! Just don't eat them too much. Any way, I still love Happy Meal!!!

lol me and my friends usally go to macdonalds at 10pm when we have a sleepover and stay untill we get kicked out.but surprisingly none of us are fat yet

I only eat KFC when it comes to FFood, as Maccie D's and Burger king are crud, there food is cold and tastes disgusting, and NEVER looks like it does on the pictures

Fast foods are just very unhealthy,but is alright to eat it sometimes,you just can't exagerate and end up like that Super Size Me guy.
