Bought a bakeable snack, need help.

Ok, so I bought these bakeable kit kats for a friend, however it didn't dawn on me to ask if they had a toaster oven, which they don't. The only instructions I've found online are to bake them in a 1000w toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes without preheating.

My question is; is there another way to bake/make these snacks without using a toaster oven?

It depends on what you have.

Anyway, Kit kats have to be in hot air until the color of surface turns to brown.

(I'm not sure. I just guess and did not try it.)
