Anyone who sells their body is a prostitute. No matter how pretty they do it.
Now. I'm sure there are places in Japan that have women selling their bodies and calling themselves geishas and perhaps they are.

However I think actual modern geishas today are dancers.

There are geishas in Japan today that entertain their guests in the traditional methods, and if you think you are going to have sex with them you are going to be painfully disappointed.
