Could someone please help me translate this label - 09-30-2016, 02:04 PM

Im working in a label design and i need to re-write the kanji text area, If someone here with the ability could help me writing that text so i can copy paste it i would truly appreciate it. Thanks in advance

For your job, ask professional translator and pay for it.
