Most likely, cuz I know you can put exempt on the form and they don't take money but in the end they want you to pay. But if I were to work under the table then I wouldn't have to pay. I wonder what's a good job in that, besides selling drugs and selling my body???

I don't know how about US, but here in Latvia many employers use a common scheme to avoid taxes- the income tax (both the employers and employees) is paid only of the basic official salary, the rest of the salary being paid out "unofficially"... and i grow to think this system is not as bad, as i certainly don't mind paying for the free education, medical care, infrastructure maintainance and development and other government-paid structures, but not for the top politicians and bankers new cars, mansions, yachts and $100000 vacations...

So lucky. Our taxes pay things....I think. But I do know that it gets my kids to school. And fixes our roads. Oh wow I really need to investigate where my taxes go.
