maybe it's because US troops think they are above law.

It's because discipline has been lax for the past 20 years. Back in the 80's there were few problems because the iron threat of turning troops over to the Japanese court system was exercised with a vengence.

Well maybe some smart person will finally go after japan for all the decades they supported child pornography in Asia and Europe?

It is about the lack of concern from the Us govenment that really sickens me. Let's face it and no offense to anyone from the US; A majority of US people according to the reports by the Psychologists from the US, need serious mental aid. And if my memory serves me correctly this is not the first time this hs happened. Their was this wiredo who burned down three resturants for nothing. And not to mention the American men's fetishes towards younger Japanese women...Shivers... I think I want to puke. In my opinion they should put this to rest once and for all; send their troops back. End of discussion...they have no business in their country.
