For a school project - 02-16-2008, 11:34 PM

ok, for my personal finance class we have been given a project in which were suppost to make a spending plan for something of our choice. I have chosen a week's stay in Japan. I was just wondering which airline I should take, were I should stay, what I should eat, or other things like that. Plus, this will be alot more helpful for when I actually do move to Japan. thanks.

Do online searches for plane tickets, hotels, restaurants, etc. For a class project, your teacher will want better sources than "some guy on the internet told me." Document the websites, such as Orbitz or Travelocity, and include them in your report as proof that this is the exact cost of a JAL (or Korean Air or United or whatever) flight on Feb 16th from your nearest airport to Kansai International or Narita.

Pick a couple cites, say, Tokyo and Kyoto. Google "restaurants in Tokyo" and you will find a ton of places you can eat. Many will have menus and prices in English. Google "shinkansen fares" for the exact price of the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto and back.

Without seeing it or knowing your teacher, that is hard to answer.
