Any JR East station has green colored Reservation Ticket Office named "Midori-no-madoguchi" (みどりの窓口) and you can buy all types of JR tickets there.

If you go out on a holiday, try JR Holiday Pass (2,300 Yen). It covers all the places you mentioned, except Asakusa, which has Toei and Tokyo Metro stations.

Available for:
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays
  • Everyday between 29 April and 5 May
  • Everyday between 20 July and 31 August
  • Everyday between 29 December and 3 January

Tokyo Free Kippu covers JR, Toei and Tokyo Metro stations within this area. Urawa and Yokohama are not included.

As the name suggests, Tokunai Pass is valid for JR stations within Tokyo Tokunai (23 wards)

Would you like to take subway lines? I think JR Holiday Pass would suffice.

Toei and Tokyo Metro One-Day Economy Pass --> Both Toei and Tokyo Metro
Tokyo Metro Open Ticket --> Tokyo Metro Only
Toei One-Day Economy Pass --> Toei Only

.
I would be surprised if you manage all them in one day without missing pretty much everything worth seeing... imo, would be better to split them into 2 days if possible
