cellphone/email service - 04-29-2008, 08:22 PM

I've noticed that Whenever Japanese people send messages on their phone, its through email.

So how exactly does the email thing work and is it connected to the internet at all times, such as wifi to enable you to send the email.

Yes, i do realise i sound like an ignoramous.

Do you know anything about Blackberry's.!? It's probably the same as that. It's always connected to internet through their phone, and they probably use that because its cheaper?!!

The same kinda think is starting to happen in Europe, especially with the 3G network and also Iphones!! And I don't blame them really, it's FREE!
