Yeah, regular courses are in Japanese. I know that there is one school in Korea that has an International Studies program that is taught in English and Shanghai's Jiaotang University has an International Business course also all in English. I am sure you can find something similar here, but I have never looked into it.

US are more difficult because they teach you less in American high schools. The experience that Japanese kids have in the upper level high schools is equivalent to your first two to three years in college in the US. This is just what I've heard. I have never been to college in Japan, but I hear that is a lot easier (relaxed) than high school here.
