BakaCrisis Donation's To Japan - 08-28-2008, 04:11 AM

Hello Everyone! I am trying to embark on a trip to Japan! I have been saving some money as of now, and am looking for your support to help me out in being succesful in my journey. I am deeply influenced by the Japanese culture and have been for quiet some time now, this will be a great and wonderful experience for me.

Please, if you can be generous to donating ANY amount, it will help me with the finances of the trip.

OK. That was the first time I actually laughed out-loud on the forum. Whether you are serious or not, that was really fun! Very persistant.

I think that this is probably the wrong place to try and solicit donations.

Being as 95% of this board is likely in the same position as you.

If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.

"A" for effort. May I ask, hows your luck pulling in now?

You know, you should think about applying for volunteer work there, do something for a good cause, then spare a day or 2 for yourself. Maybe then, there is a reason for people to sponsor you to go.......... right now, as it stand, I highly doubt anyone will "donate" anything to you.

Even if I win a lottery ticket, I will donate it for a good cause, but to someone who opened a random thread to ask for money? Don't think so...

Never heard of Saving Toby

But for the red paperclip one, its a trade, people get something out of it. He is asking people dumping money out for his own entertainment
