pick up the magazine Kansai Scene when you're in Osaka/Kansai area. it has lot's of up to date information. You can also visit their website to see where the big parties are at in the weekend.

I went to Club Asia in the Shibuya district yesterday. Great place (especially in the weekends I've heard), with a bar and a dancefloor.
