I am planning my honeymoon to Japan coming 8 Dec for 2 weeks.
I need some help what to do and where to visit.

This is my plan so far.

8 Dec (Mon) - Arrival in Tokyo @ 1.50pm
9 Dec (Tue) - Hokkaido - Sapporo
10 Dec (Wed) - Hokkaido
11 Dec (Thru) - Hokkaido
12 Dec (Fri) - Hokkaido
13 Dec ( Sat) - ?
14 Dec (Sun) - ?
15 Dec (Mon) - Onsen @ Hakone
16 Dec (Tue) - Onsen @ Hakone
17 Dec (Wed) - Tokyo
18 Dec (Thur) - Disneyland
19 Dec (Fri) - Disneyland Sea
20 Dec (Sat) - Tokyo
21 Dec (Sun) - Tokyo
22 Dec (Mon) - Tokyo ( 5.45pm Flight back Singapore)


I plan to take a flight to Sapporo after touch down at Tokyo International Airport.

Pls advise me where and what i should do in Hokkaido. I planned to stay at Sapporo for the 4 days and visit place around Sapporo. Any place and thing worth to visit / do in Hokkaido?

I planned to leave Hokkaido on 13 Dec (Sat) morning and visit a place midway before i reach Hakone. Any place or city or Onsen worth for me to stay for 2 days.

Any nice and good Onsen @ Hakone around 8,000yen - 12,000yen per person that you can recommended?

Dude, at least make the effort to look at a travel guide. even if you don't buy one, just look at it, or look on the internet at local sites for tourists. Hokkaido is full of onsens, national parks and what's left of Ainu culture (museums, interactive village exhibits).

There are a ton of things I could recommend, but I don't know what your are interested in.

Why are you going to Hokkaido? Hokkaido is great and all, but domestic air travel is expensive, you could save a lot of money and do a lot more in Honshu.

4 days in Sapporo seems like a long time unless you are visiting friends there.

I loved Hokkaido, but couldn't fined anything interesting in Sapporo.

You aren't going to see much in Hokkaido in December but snow and ice. And it's difficult to see all of the sights there unless you rent a car.

My favorite hotel in Hakone is the Fujiya. Their rates are a little above your price range, but they might be lower in the winter time. They also offer a discount to foreigners. The Fujiya is one of Japan's oldest hotels; Helen Keller, Charlie Chaplin, and John Lennon have all been guests.

stayed there too, it's pretty nice. loved the onsen
