Another harajuku question.

In general do people mind if you take pictures of them?

AnimeBaby112 11-19-2008 11:26 PM

I figured as much. thanks.

Just as Josh puts it, I think it's totally up to the individual. If you're going to take a picture of someone, you should ask politely first...unless it's an event or something and a bunch of other people are doing the same thing. Personally, I'd be flattered if someone took pictures of me ¦3

Are you kidding? They go to Harajuku to get pics taken of them! I go there about twice a month so I know. I see just about the same faces on the bridge over the railroad everytime I go there. They know very well how to pose for the pics, too.

Still, I do recommend that you ask for permission first if you want to take close-up shots, just in case...

Yeah, i intend to ask permission, and their names. i want to write a book on Harajuku fashion.

That's really cool! I'm sure they'll happily let you take pictures if you tell them they're going to be famous! XD Can I get a copy when it's finished? ¦3

What is this "sya"? :D

Fashion is about getting your picture taken. If you don't like it, don't stand around all day dolled up. But ask first :3
