When do you plan to go Japan?
 

So when do you plan to go Japan, maybe we'll be able to meet up.. the next time im going is summer break of Next year, August 2008 is a good possibility.. im going with Masterhien and maybe a few others.. so when do you next plan to go Japan?

Going over in Easter holidays for 2 weeks with 6 people for a sakura matsuri.

Are the 6 people friends or what then?

I was planing for 2008 but don't look like it will happen. maybe late 08 or 09. money sucks

I just got back so I don't think that I will be back there for at least 2 or 3 years

They can all get their money pretty easily but I might end up having to get a loan >.<

Ok... and I never said when I was going... well, in truth, I'm not sure when I will go but I'd love to go one day...

I'm also going with my friends after senior year some time.

aahh 2008 sounds like a good year to holiday in Japan, which parts of Japan do people plan to go? i think im gonna do a little exploring everywhere, and hope to make it to Okinawa before my trip ends :)

2008 does sound like a good year! I'm planning to go between then and 2009.

I have a plan to go 2011 when im 18 or 2014 when im 21 depending what the drinking age over there is .I'll proply be goin with friends wjo are also obssed with japan any wanna join us have a huge get to together?

There is no drinking age for foreigners unless you look like a twelve year old. I assume that all Japanese automatically think you are an English teacher or a college student. But the legal age is twenty in case you were wondering.

And if you have trouble buying it at a store, just find a beer vending machine. I swear to you I saw one last week that sold the one liter cans of Asahi. It was massive.

Cool thats a bit stupid tho putting alchohol vending machines on the street how do they stop kids buying it?

Well, the vending machines are usually in relatively non-residential parts of town, out in the open where everyone can see you buying it, or in areas where you wouldn't really expect to find kids hanging out.

They are trying to develop and install cigarrette vending machines, and I assume beer machines, that will recognize a smart card ID. What's a smart card? It is a card with a computer chip embedded that contains all the info. This way you have to scan your ID to buy the cigarettes from a vending machine. Cigarette vending machines are far more prevalent than booze vendors.

But all this being said, Japanese in general are more law abiding and respectful than just about any other population I have experienced.

Excessum is planning to go to check out sakura blooming festival this year, but he is afraid that he will not have enough money for it and most probably he will need to go in-to some street-fighting event to earn cash for return ticket... and considering the fact that he was kicked out of almost every martial arts school he went to, he is not coming back earlier than year 2008... :confused:

Don't worry, you'll get deported after 3 months.

I visited Japan for the first time in late 1982, I was one of training delegation in one of training sites of NEC company, it was the first time I leave my country, Iraq.
I stayed 50 days that was like a dream and I wish to visit again this a wonderful Division country before beauty, I said perhaps there are a beautiful country of Japan, however, Nee did not have the opportunity to visit, But after I visited two Arab countries and Italy. Japan still living in a beautiful picture myself, I hope from my heart that opportunity back again.

I want to see Tokyo cause it should be so big oO and the biggest i´ve seen since now is Berlin^^ But Osaka and Kyoto also sounds good may i make a tour to all famous places
