Hotel near Osaka airport?
 

I tried searching but found no results to the question I'm searching for.
Originally, I'm going to meet my friend in Osaka... but turn out our timezone
is quite off, and she's leaving Osaka before I get there.

My flight is landing there in the evening, and I'll be taking off to meet her in
Tokyo the next day. I don't want to take the train in the evening, so I'm looking
for any decent in quality+price hotel that is convenient to the airport, to stay for the night in Osaka.

Any recommendation?! Thanks in advance!:)

How are you getting to Tokyo?

I bought a J-Rail pass, so I'll be taking the train to Tokyo.

If you are taking the train to Tokyo then you might as well go to Osaka or Kyoto as these destinations are on your way. Heianbo or Shimizu are nice ryokans (Japanese inns) near Kyoto station.
