Hiroshima Airport (HIJ) to Saijo Shitami, Higashi-Hiroshima City?

Hi Guys !

I've booked the ticked to visit Japan in next month.

Can somebody please help to guide me how to go from Hiroshima Airport (HIJ) to Saijo Shitami, Higashi-Hiroshima City in step-by-step and as detail as possible since this is my very first time to Japan. If simple and clear map available, pls include the link to download so that I can print and get along with me. Since my flight will be arrived to Hiroshima Airport (HIJ) at 08:05 PM, is there any difficulty to get a public transport? If I take a taxi, how much will it cost? If possible, i prefer to get a public transport, and pls help me guide how to take public transport in detail. And, more important thing is I'm not speaking/listening Japanese.

My flight will be arrived to Hiroshima Airport (HIJ) at 20:05.
