if I going to Hamamatsuch Station from Narita Airport, which is the fastest route?

Taking JR will take how long on the journey.
What will be the cost in yen $?

The cheaper alternative would be

take the Keisei Line Ltd.Exp. to Nippori (70min)

change to JR Yamanote line to Hamamatsucho (16min)

Price (one way) 1160yen

But the Narita express is 15 min faster
