Osaka & Ueno need help buying art

Hello I am male, 31, I will be travelling to Osaka and Ueno and the web site I want to buy from is only in Japanese and the people who own the shop only speak Japanese. Could someone possibly help me with this? I am from the UK so really need help with the language and maybe an interpreter when I am in the cities. I will give you money for time no problem. If anyone can help me any age or gender as long as you speak both languages Please PM me and we can go from there.
