UK to Japan - requirements

Remind me would you? I went last year to Japan from the UK and I think all I needed was my passport. I think I had to give details of where I was staying and also I gave my fingerprints, I think that was all.
Have I forgotten anything?

No change, you just need your passport. Once again you'll need to wait in line to get your photo and finger prints taken. Try to reserve a seat near the front of your plane, that way the line at immigration and customs will be shorter.

Thanks very much

I feel more reassured now :)

Hey,
most of the people who posted forgot alot of stuff you need when coming to Japan. The first few things are the most important
1. Shoes at least two pair, if you have big feet in the U.K you are not going to find any shoes your size here.
2. deodorant bring as much as you can for its a great gift to any foreigners you may meet, for some reason Japan does not sell real pit stick anywhere.
3. Passport and international drivers licence.
If you need any information about Japan check out my site and when you come to Japan dont forget shoes!

Colinmac, did you even read the question? He wasn't talking what is needed to LIVE in Japan, just to get through customs.
