trouble booking hotel.....help plz....any ideas
 

hey all,

im trying to book two nights at the hotel boston plaza in Kusatsu (Shiga) and just cant seem to do it,

ive tried through their website but there is no english booking facility and the japanese one errors, i also tried through japanican, agoda etc and its never available.

tonite i tried ringing them but the lady on the phone didnt understand the dates i wanted. i wasnt confident about the whole thing and i would hate to do it over the phone only to arrive in May and find out it never went through because of a misunderstanding.

any ideas guys......????

beyond my abilities but maybe they have someone who speaks English? main staff probably doesn't but there should be 1 person :confused:

In situations like this, you should try going to japan hote (JAPANHOTEL.NET PAGE MISSING. Their service is good, hotel choices is average... i booked through them plenty of times, so far I am satisfied
