gaijin is the Term used for foreigners. Correctly it would be gaigokujin wich means person from outside.
A gaijin bar is a bar where the main crowd is not Japanese.

There is no cheating on Tourist in Taxis, everything is metered. Taxis are just quite expensive.

Well from what I've seen Roppongi looks like the kind of place I'd like to go on a Friday night.
Most likely place to have alcopops anyway.
