I am proposing a Japanese version of the Deltaworks Project like in the Netherlands.

Then again,maybe this thread isn't doing well because we like negativity and the Japanese like positivity. If this topic were made on a Japanese site about another country there'd be loads of people talking about it.

It's pretty obvious that Panga is a spam bot designed to infiltrate message boards and spew links in the hope that people will reply and bump up its posts.

whats stopping you? i want to go too but i`m terrified of flying(even though i`ve been going back and forth to jp since 1990!!) i`m getting worse now i have kids and am getting older!! somebody please come and MAKE me go .i`m going a bit loopy cause i`ve been away from japan for 3 years now (the longest time so far).
