Japan Trip 2012 - 06-27-2011, 08:24 PM

Yo!

I'm planning a trip to Japan for 2012.

We really want to go to Muscle Park in Chitose, but looking on a map, it's a fair way out. Looking to return to England from Narita airport after traveling around Tokyo and Osaka, whats the best way to go about visiting Chitose?

Is there an international airport nearby Chitose? Or is it going to be too mindblowingly expensive to visit Hokkaido?

Any help is always welcome!

I'm sorry for all the bad stuff I said and all the feelings I hurt.. Please forgive me

New Chitose Airport I'm sure has service to Haneda. It would take far too long to take trains there from Tokyo.

All Japanese carriers have flights from Narita to Sapporo New Chitose: AirDo, Skymark, ANA and JAL....

How long are you going for? If you've got time to spare it might prove cheaper to get a JR rail pass and go by train. :/ 13 hours by rail. which honestly, i've done on a bus in Cambodia; it's not impossible. And you get to see a bit of the country.

Any reason why you want to go to the one in Chitose? Or just the muscle park? because there is one in Odaiba, since you are in tokyo already, you can visit the one in Odaiba?

Unfortunately for OP, Odaiba M.P. closed down last year.

The muscle park of Odaiba collapsed.
The company that manages it is continuation of the failure.

Really.... Didn't know that at all... what happened? What is in place now? Its a pretty big area that they had...

Talking of Odaiba, where is the area with Little Hong Kong? I've been to Daiba countless time, but I don't remember ever seeing it..

I thought the one in Odaiba had closed? We plan on going to Tokyo / Osaka but we REALLY wanted to go to Muscle Park while we're there. We're considering traveling to Chitose... foolish huh?

Others just confirmed that its closed. Sorry, I didn't know that.

I went there with my wife once, its fun, but i am not sure if its worth a trip to go to Chitose..... i mean, some guess some people really like it that much to make an extra trip
