When I get a chance, I want to get my ears doubled pierced. I want a tatto but I might stick with henna.

If you have to ask a bunch of strangers on the internet what something means, I suggest you don't permanently put it on your body. A couple weeks ago, someone went online asking for someone to do their Japanese translation homework for them. They were offered a translation, which included フェラできた or something to the middle of the homework. The person turned it in unwittingly and got an F in the class for that.

The character written there is not Japanese. It's Chinese, and to the best of my knowledge, it doesn't exist in Japanese. Out of curiosity (I know what it means in Chinese: "luck" or "fortune"), I looked in NTC's 新漢英字典 (4,400 kanji) and my copy of the 漢字源 (via Canon Wordtank G50) and I couldn't find it, nor could I find the left half of it.

Leads me to the belief that the design is more Chinese than Japanese (Nagoyankee's comment makes me think the same), and I'd suggest you ask some Chinese people about it before putting it on your body for all time.

That's one of the coolest Dragon tatoos I've ever seen!
Are you the current 'Crying Freeman' lol?
Not only did it probably hurt, must of cost you a pretty penny.
It doesn't look like a Yakuza tatoo in my opinion though.

well this is certainly enlightening, i wasn't ware it was still so strict

if i ever go across again and i do go to any public swimming area etc I'll be sure to wear a full back swim suit now the main one i have is only an inch wide / 4 inches long on my left shoulder blade... so easy enough to hide... i have a very small one on my ankle i can hide easily too...

BF has a larger one on his back and one on each shoulder / upper arm... would wearing a water-sports top (long / shirt sleeved) be any good do you think?
wha imean by water sports top is something like this...

would that work for something like the OP's tattoo too? could say he has bad burn scars / surgery scars so doesn't want to show them

They are that scared of tattoos? If the tattoo is not chinese dragons or any other yakuza thing, will they allow you to use bath houses? I have a full sleeve type Biomechanical and some flowers on my ribcage. Do you think this is acceptable?
