I'm 5'10. If I go to Japan, I know I'll get stares. I'm sure 5'10 females are a rarity. I really wish I was about 5'5 at a minimum. I really hate my height and am self-conscious about it. I hate "looking down" at guys. My soon to be ex-boyfriend is even shorter than I am.

IM 5'8 and the average height in japan is 5'7 to 5'8 for male.

I just grew an inch over the summer. i have been 4'11'' since I was 11, but now at 16 in finally 5 foot!!go me!!

I'm a 6' 3" (190cm) male and the only troubles I had in Japan due to height were hitting my noggin against low doorframes and being able to readily find clothes in my size.
