Top Tips to Americans traveling to Japan - 09-02-2015, 04:26 PM

Hello, I am planning a big trip to the Kazusa Arc Akademia Center in 2017 but it will be my first trip ever to Japan. I wanted to go next year but family events will have me delay this dream trip til November 2017. I've read so many checklists and travel blogs and they have great budget advice but not much cultural advice. I don't want to be that one foreigner that just comes off extremely rude due to culture difference. What is best advice you would give any foreigner (I'm American I'm unsure if we have stereotypical faults when we visit) to help them when they plan on visiting this area and traveling between Tokyo and Kyoto.

I must tell you this site is DEAD. No one is here administering anything, so your questions may never be answered. Go to this place instead.

japan-guide.com - Japan Travel and Living Guide

There is plenty of information on Japan and a small question forum where you can ask questions after you've researched the entire site.

This place was big about 5-8 years ago. Now it's garbage.
