Tokyo, GIFU, Kobe or Ueda
with isi language school..

i've heard about osaka but i don't know if there is a program there

I recommend Kobe where I was born because of its mild weather.

Depends on your budget. Lots to do in Tokyo, but it isn't cheap. I would probably choose Gifu or Kobe.

2. Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Bullet Train Day Trip from Tokyo
3. Panoramic Tokyo Day Tour - Meiji Shrine, Asakusa Temple and 
4. Kyoto Rail Tour by Bullet Train from Tokyo
5. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden 
6. Asakusa Temple
