One month in japan - 02-20-2017, 05:17 AM

Greetings from Arizona JapanForum users,

I am currently doing my homework which is planning to make a trip to Japan for one month somewhere in Kanagawa. We are a family of 4 with teenage kids. My daughter is the one who speaks little Japanese, I learned to say "Wakarimasen".

Want to get an idea on how much it will cost:

- rent house? or apartment?
- are utilities included
- eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner won't be much a problem since we love to cook
- transportation

Would like to know what to do if someone gets sick. Here in the Arizona, there's UrgentCare, where one can just walk in, doctor check it out, get prescription done. is there something like that in Japan?

Any feedback, suggestions or heads up would be really appreciated.

Thanks

I'm living in Kanagawa.

Even for me, it is gorgeous vacation to spend one month of free time in kanagawa.

Anyway, you can ask for your accomodation at this site or here.

As for the health insurance, follow this link.
