It will happen to just about everybody!
And it's good that it does, coz that's how you learn. But i'd call that more of a cultural experience, shock is such a negative word. =__=

LMAO yes that is vary true... but its still cute!!!

My heart bleeds,
Look at you hiding,
all the things to endure me.
I need you here with me,
Breathing,
wanting you to believe me,
I see you in all of these faces,
Blush with shame,
when I think of you,
and your pale skin.
I need you here with me,
Breathing,
wanting you to believe me,
I sell my soul for you...

If you truely love Japan it just wouldn't happen.
May I ask, have you ever step foot in Japan? And if so, how long were you there for?

There are many things in Japan that you simply just cannot prepare for, no matter what. Some of these things you only experience when you've been in Japan for a longer period of time than the average tourist.

I went to Japan when I was 18 and loved it - didn't have much culture shock there. But I went back there again to study abroad for an entire year - I just got back a few weeks ago. You gain a whole different perspective on things when you're actually living there as opposed to touring there for a week or two.

I still love Japan (going back there to work after I graduate), but its downright silly to say culture shock means you shouldn't be there in the first place.

Not one foot.

But I think I said it all wrong. My view of culture shock (that word) is of where you get to the point where you dislike the country. What most would call a culture shock I'd call it a cultural experience. My definition is wrong and I guess I should've read the blog first, warri.
