Please Help with Artist' Identity -

I was given these paintings years ago and I have no idea who the artist is. The lady that gave them to me told me they were done during WWII by the emperors artist-that being said this is all I know

do you have a bigger pic for the first image?
i think the artist's name might be the stamp one. since most artist when they paint they would stamp their names on the painting. or something that means something. 让人笑。让人哭。 让人开心。让人生气。 让人希望。让人期盼。。 都是什么意思在心中 ～
