Japanese Tea ceremony

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anyone had a file with the exact description how to perform a tea ceremony. I would like a description with drawings or pictures so it is nice and clear. So if anyone has a file or a site could you let me know?

Grts,

Me

Thanks a lot! and yes I have looked at the library already but no result there! it's a very detailed subject so there are not a lot of books about it.
More links are still welcome :)

People spend years studying how to get it done perfectly and the meanings of every step.
