Please Help with Artist' Identity

I was given these paintings years ago and I have no idea who the artist is. The lady that gave them to me told me they were done during WWII by the emperors artist-that being said this is all I know

do you have a bigger pic for the first image?
i think the artist's name might be the stamp one. since most artist when they paint they would stamp their names on the painting. or something that means something. |
