Japanese Art Terminology Translation

Before I start, I admit to being utterly over my head. Here is what an arty friend asked of me (she's also hot, but that's besides the point)

i need your help. you are a master of all things written, please help me find a word or phrase in Japanese that basically describes the body outwardly expressing what the mind thinks and what the heart feels. if it also represents some form of sadness, that is ok too. think of it as a tattoo, except instead it will be the label for the things i make.

And when I suggested wabi sabi,

I think I need something that focuses specifically on the human body and outward expression? Like, the description of physical things that make outward expression of a true introvert (myself) possible.

Now. Could anyone here possibly suggest - in kanji and romanji if possible - a nice phrase or translation that could be used as the name of a merchandising label for artwork.

Please don't ask me any more questions because I just don't know.

I think for a word that refers the creation. The thing that is made and that represents somebody's inner feelings.

Truth be told, I don't even know the word in English. Like I say, I'm kind of in over my head.
