Where can I find a mangaka sensei?

I'm learning how to draw manga by myself I'm not so good yet and I wish I can found a real mangaka sensei from Japan whom can give me some advices to improve my drawing skills if that's possible, if anyone knows somebody or a website let me know, I will really appreciate any help!
