Japanese Porcelain Mark Help Needed - 10-18-2011, 09:59 PM

Hello. Could some kind soul help me with the attached porcelain mark? So far I have figured out (I think :-)) that the kanji inside the square mean "Kutani Ao Kama" or "Kutani Green Kiln" but I am at a loss to find the Romaji for what appears to be the artist signature below it. Many thanks in advance.

谷窯九青 most likely the name of the place wherever that ceramics was made
Lit. Valley Furnace 9 Blue

文峯画 This is also a name...
