Damaged painting/Pricing estimate

I recently shipped a painting that I received from my grandma down to the states and they totally demolished it My grandma got the painting in japan roughly 30 years ago and i suspect its older. I need to try and get a estimate or someone who can tell me who the paintings by and point me in the right direction.
