if you just got your hair cut recently in the last couple of days you could go back and tell them you aren't completely satisfied and ask them to thin it for you. they want you to like the way you look and come back they'll probably do it for free.

Sorry for the long delay, I've been working a lot of overtime. Anyway, please keep in mind that you are taking this hair procedure at your own risk and that I have no responsibility for the outcomes.

Just to let you know that there are two different kinds of hair thinnings: one, to reduce the volume of your hair making it less puffy - this is commonly used if you request a hair thinning without specifying anything; two, to reduce the layers of each strand of hair, basically used for thick hair, you have to specify this when you ask for a hair thinning otherwise the stylist will go for a common thinning (read one).

Keep in mind that if you already have thin/fine hair, YOU CANNOT GET IT THINNED OTHERWISE IT WILL ONLY CUT IT. Though, I'm pretty sure the barber/stylist will let you know beforehand.
