***Female Light Cosplay-- need help before sleep!

Hello, thar, everybody! Okay, one of my friends and I are dressing up tomorrow as Light and L from Death Note. Why, might you ask? It's hero day and we thought it'd be funny to be them.

So, my friend has this whole L thing planned already and I have my Light outfit ready, but I need ideas for my hair.

I have blonde hair that goes down to the middle of my shoulderblades. Without cutting, dying, or funking up my hair, what do you think would be best to make my hair at least slightly resemble his hair?

I'm going to take a shower tomorrow morning to make my hair be dark and wet and put this stuff in to keep it a bit darker... How should I comb my hair or style it?

I'll post pictures when I'm done with my "hero" cosplay for my school's spirit day tomorrow. But, I need your last minute input with my spontaneous idea.

I'm also posting "KIRA" on my back so at least anime/manga geeks will understand tomorrow.

Ooh, that does sound cool! I hope I can finish my new cosplay for halloween. Anyhow...

I guess try using some hair gel so it covers your neck? Or making a little ponytail, using a hair thing the same color as your hair, so people won't notice.

Okay, good and bad news:

My camera ran out of batteries, so I couldn't really take pictures.

Good news, my friend and I looked AWESOME! We're going to dress up again and make sure we have extra batteries for the camera. It was a huge success and we're totally up for it again.

I also forgot to mention that I'm going to be Misa for Halloween too. I only need the big boots, though. :|
