3 simple steps
1)Get a good face cleanser-rince face with lukewarm water to get pore open
-scrub on face cleanser- rinse with cold water to close pores
[You're getting acne because crap is getting in easier]
2) Use a non alcohol based toner to help seal pores.
3) Moisturise your face to keep hydration in.

For the cleanser and a blemish[spot gel] I'd recommend tea tree.
If you've got money, I'd use more pricier products

Clinique is really good for young skin prone to acne
Shiseido Pureness Line is also great for young skin prone to spots.
What's a toner?? That's not that cream kind of stuff that like dries up your face is it??
One second, let me find the name of this stuff....

[Edit] Benzamycin...is that anything like a toner??? lol I really have no idea

Toners are everywhere in your local drugstore
NON ALCOHOL based, it's a watery consistancy. Makes your skin feel great afterwards.

It helps keep moisture in your skin and CLOSES your pores, so crap don't get in it easily. No it doesn't dry up your skin.

Don't question the basics of facial cleansing.

Ohh ok..lol I won't.
And umm this might sound like kind of a dumb question but, do face cleansers have benzoyl peroxide in them??

Unless you got one of those ultra strong prescriptive cleansers, no.
Normal drugstore cleansers would never pass the trading standards if they did. It's perfectly safe. Anyhoo Young skin don't need harsh cleansers, a tea tree or a vitamin E cleansing foam/cream should do fine.

if you're really scared of chemicals, The body shop does a tea tree line which has less chemicals, directed at skin prone to acne.

Well the reason I ask that is because my "stuff" (lol) is like 10% benzoyl peroxide. So I was just making sure we were talking about the same stuff.

Drink water, eat healthy non-greasy foods, eat or drink things that have natural antioxidants, take vitamins.

Take care of your skin if you have oily skin as well,
but be sure to keep it moisturized!

I'm happy with my complexion ^0^
