should i have a fringe??? -

ive been wondering what i would look like with a fringe now.
i just want to know if it would suit my face or not? i have a rather rounded face and it doesnt show no cheekbones or anything either! this is what my face looks like...  i want my hair to be kinda like this...  help!  We spend so much time looking down that it's easy to miss seeing the beautiful skyThe limitless dreams, the limited present, there's obstacles but let's break through them
