How hard would it be to find those pants sizes in japan?

You have to be a bit more specific- how many inches in the waist, hips etc? Centimetres would be even better, since that's what's used in Japan. Are you male or female? Not everyone on this site is an American with an in-depth knowledge of your country's sizing system. Help us to help you.

A size 6 is around a 30inch waist.
I'm a size 00 in womens, that's a 24inch waist...

You're obviously dumb, the OP is talking about sizes in JAPAN,
size 5-6 happens to be quiet large for women in JAPAN.
Clothes in Japan fits very small compared to America,
but I suppose you wouldn't know that would you?
