Bigger eyes

I am looking for a way to have the apperance that my eyes are bigger.
I heard of lenses like the ones on MyCandyEyes.com
but am not sure about them. Anyone ever used them?

Please advise.

Thanks.

Use makeup techniques.

There's also surgery.

Hmmm, I have some geo contacts that make your eyes look bigger.
I like them.

umm. those ones are contacts (duh); there are 3months, 6months, or one year to use them. after the expirary date, those contact lenses cannot be used. otherwise ...yeahh. they cost a lot too......*cries*

but you have to be careful about using them, because you might be allergic to the material it is made from. the better quality ones are mainly from japan or korea, any country's isnt as good. not to use them too often, because soon your vision will start to get blurry !

My ex-girlfriend used contacts. It was quite cute but her eyes were always irritated and red so sometimes she took one out for the rest of the day and looked like the Terminator. I mean... it can look cute but everybody can see that it's artificial. Keep your natural eyes and stay healthy and sexy. ;)

Make up techniques is the best way to be safe...just experiment a bit and you'll get pro at using make up.

OR...always open your eyes wide when you see poeple:eek:
;)

When you say your 'eyes', do you mean the whole of the eye, or the coloured iris? Whole of eye, unless the structure is very deep-set and narrowed, can be easily made to look wider and fresher with makeup.

If you mean the iris, then that's much more difficult. Contacts are really your only option, but if your vision is naturally good, then I wouldn't recommend them. Cosmetic contacts aren't necessarily guaranteed to be wearable daily or for longer than a few hours, and they are also likely to dry easily. Buy only from a reputable company, and if you do get them, you should check in with an optician every now and then (6 months maybe?). Why? Because if the lenses aren't right for your eyes, or dry too much (and it can be hard to guess what's bad 'dry' and whats a bit 'itchy'), then they can actually damage your eyes.

By damage, I mean the plastic starts acting like sandpaper on your eye and scratches it. It's easily fixed (don't wear the lenses!) but it's not something you want in the first place.

YEah makeup is the best way to make your eyes bigger (such as putting some shadow in your eyes it makes them look bigger). Also makeup is much cheaper. Lenses work good as well.

I wear circle lenses and makeup. The circle lenses alone make my eyes look massive, and then I just use liquid eyeliner on the top lid sometimes with a small wing, white eyeliner on the bottom, and maybe a bit of black pencil eyeliner on the outer part of the lower lid. And of course curl my eyelashes and use mascara (or you can use fake lashes, they make a big difference). Theres looooads of tutorials on YouTube for making your eyes look big with makeup, check out MichellePhan, she has 1 or 2 good ones.

As for contacts, they are a good idea if you're prepared to take good care of them and everything. And make sure they're from a good brand, not random cheap ones. They are hard to put in at first, but you get used to them eventually. I have a pair of black ones and violet ones :)

Here's a good thread, with lots of pictures:

I think that makeup techniques are the best way.
Makeup is cheaper, less likely to irritate your eyes, and safer.
For me, and a lot of people I have talked to, the contacts tend to make your eyes dry, itchy, and red. Eye drops help the irritation a little, but not much.
