for a barbie doll

Well try to make the dress long,to cover the body.The less flesh is showen the more lolita-type your doll will be.Now for the dress itself you can check out different lolita dresses via internet.(Or watch a bit of Rozen Maiden!!)Also try adding a hat to your doll.That will make her a perfect lolita.

and about the hair .. my dolls hair is blonde
an all lolita girls have browish/ gingerish

Do you know the singer Kerli? She is lolita style and in her music videos she uses dolls including one that looks just like her! You can wath the videos for ideas and maybe make a doll that looks like you.

I think I would reconsider my degree plan, unless its it fashion design or psychiatry.
